Taino Consultants Inc. (TC Inc.) looks at the whole spectrum of paper needs and business operations to provide the best
alternative of both worlds. All companies can benefit from a document management system that allows them to meet storage requirements of inactive documents. Some organizations prefer to operate in a hybrid environment where old documents are stored and occasionally out of site while active documents remain in the immediate area. Very few are truly virtual where all documents and file are kept in a secured location but are accessible electronically.

  • Conversion of data: Our Document solutions department specializes in the conversion of data from one format to another.
  • Scanning: Ability to scan documents, photos, microfilm, and other sources. Depending on your needs, documents may be scanned onto a hard drive, optical disk or our own Document Management System (DMS).
  • Microfilm: Microfilmed drawings which are most frequently stored on old media such as 35mm roll film, aperture cards, 16mm roll film, either in cartridges, jackets, or microfiche, can easily be scanned for the highest quality achievable and archived for easy access.
  • Microfiche: TC Inc. has experience converting microfiche files into various digital image formats. We have the resources to convert even the largest of scanning jobs inot easily retrievable electronic files.
  • Document Management System: Through our own proprietary software we offer our clients virtual solutions and a secured, worldwide accessible document management system. Our DMS has been designed to operate using most format files including TIF, PDF, JPEG, WAV, Microsoft Office Formats
    and many others.
  • Plotting and computer aided drafting (CAD): Many companies need their engineering and electrical drawings modified, enhanced or electronically retrievable. Through the use of Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), such drawings are 3D viewable and much easier to manipulate electronically. Our CAD
    services also facilitate cost configuration objectives, sophisticated drafting and document organization challenges.
